A Johansing speciality is custom-designed equipment requiring extensive machining, such as this 3000 psi vessel.

The shell required three-inch deep welds, which were 100% X-Ray inspected. The welded shell was then bored & honed inside, and machined on the outside to final dimensions and tolerances.

All welding and machining was done in-house.
